Want help quitting smoking?

Quitting smoking can certainly feel daunting and a challenge. Research shows that the best thing anyone can do for their health is to quit smoking completely. Not only will you feel healthier, but you will also have more money in your pocket too!

If you would like support with a quit attempt why not speak to your GP or practice nurse. Some GPs might be able to prescribe Nicotine Replacement Therapy (NRT) on prescription. You could also visit your local pharmacy as they sell a variety of products to help you quit, including nicotine patches, chewing gum and sprays. Many pharmacists have years of experience advising and supporting people to quit. They would be able to recommend the right products to help you succeed.

buzz Health and Wellbeing Advisors are able to offer motivational support and refferal to anyone who wishes to quit smoking. This can be on a one-to-one basis or in a group setting.
