Men in Sheds is a group for like-minded men to follow their interest. Sheds can be whatever the members want them to be, they are community-led and members’ skills can be used to help other areas of the community.
The group at the Tree of Life Centre, supported by buzz, have set up as a gardening group but this can be expanded to meet the interests of almost everyone in the community (e.g. joinery, carpentry, fixing bicycles).
Men in Sheds is about social connections and friendship building, sharing skills and knowledge, and of course a lot of laughter.
