An informal guitar group where people can meet, socialise, and play guitar with other local residents.

Whether you are an absolute beginner or have been playing for years, this group is for everyone.

If you’re a beginner, you’ll be taught how to learn new skills, whilst having fun and making friends. Everyone is welcome!

Based in your local communities, Neighbourhood Health Workers support community groups and organise health events and courses.

If you have a long term physical health condition then PARS can help you to increase your levels of activity.
