The baking project is an exciting opportunity for residents of East Manchester to try their hand at baking two recipes.

All ingredients will be provided and a community cook book of all completed recipes will be produced at the end of the project.

Based in your local communities, Neighbourhood Health Workers support community groups and organise health events and courses.

If you have a long term physical health condition then PARS can help you to increase your levels of activity.
