Service Manager Wellbeing and Recovery Pathways Service
I’m the Service Manager for Wellbeing and Recovery Pathways Services within Greater Manchester Mental Health NHS Foundation Trust. buzz is one of the services that I oversee.
I originally trained and worked as a professional Actor. After ten years, I retrained as a Youth and Community Worker which led me into health promotion and public health. When I first joined the NHS I worked in sexual health with sex workers and vulnerable young people. 18 years on, I’m delighted to be overseeing the work of buzz.
I love the passion and commitment that the different teams in buzz possess. Seeing the difference the work makes to people, communities and their wellbeing in Manchester makes me really proud to be a part of this amazing service. buzz is an innovative service, and I believe an essential part of health and wellbeing services in Manchester.
My interests include travelling to warm places, watching theatre, listening to jazz, eating out, watching reality TV, and spending downtime with my husband and our dog.
