Neighbourhood Health Worker

As a Neighbourhood Health Worker my role is to work out in the community, supporting local people to develop their own projects and get involved in their local area. We also work with partners in the neighbourhood on projects to help improve the health and wellbeing of local people.

After studying nutrition at university, I was lucky enough to start working in the NHS as a Community Food Coordinator in south Manchester. I later moved on to become a Neighbourhood Health Worker which incorporated many other aspects of health and wellbeing.

The best thing about buzz is the amazing team I get to work with. Alongside my love of good food and cooking,

I enjoy travelling when I get the chance, local food and drink is always a highlight for me. I also really enjoy staying active, especially going on walks and exploring natural beauty spots, running and practicing yoga.
