Client’s aims before attending PARS sessions

Here is an example of one client's aims:

My main aim was to improve my medical issue and also my mental wellbeing. Before I started the buzz PARS Strength and Balance class, my GP had referred me to Salford Royal Hospital where the Consultant informed me that I had become ill with MS. I was diagnosed with Relapsing Remitting Multiple Sclerosis.

Client's evaluation and reflections after attending PARS sessions

I'm impressed that I have achieved a great deal with buzz PARS, I feel that I have improved in all areas one hundred percent. Eric Delmont was assigned as my exercise coach, he is absolutely awesome and has helped me on my road to recovery and improvement of my health. He explains every exercise in detail, and the muscles that it benefits and what it helps towards. He gives you options, both the easy and challenging way, but they're always safe.

Eric has brilliant qualities and expertise when it comes to handling and dealing with each individual. He is knowledgeable and has a great sense of humour. He has the qualities of a brilliant exercise coach, I ways leave the sessions feeling educated, challenged and happy.

I have accomplished many of my targets in my PARS sessions, even with the situation during the pandemic and lockdown. I've been able to do this because I have used the resources being made available by buzz, the videos and the information.

I recommend buzz's PARS service and have done so with my MS Nurse, GP and the consultant at Salford Royal Hospital.

After attending the PARS sessions, I now experience very little depression and frustration. I'm happy with PARS, you are greatly valued!
